Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibility

The Sales Manager Germany will build and expand a dynamic team to realize the potential of PentraSorb® CRP in cardiology on the German market. He will build one of the best and most respected sales teams in the field of cardiology, educate cardiologists and nurses about a new concept and support implementation.

Key features

Operational
  • Establishment of Pentracor as a key player in cardiology on the German market
  • As a member of the management team, you are responsible for the growth of your business in Germany.
  • Responsible for the management of the field team in Germany for the current and future portfolio
  • Responsible for the development of sales staff Operational expenses and resource use; responsible for the financial management of sales budgets within the agreed operational budgets
  • Leading sales managers in the tactical implementation of business plans, brand and customer strategies through effective cross-functional collaboration and implementation of key account management methodology
  • Ensure excellent business planning for sales managers and effectively monitor business performance through the appropriate use of relevant analytics and metrics
  • Monitor progress to continuously improve business performance and tactical execution for the German sales team at national and account level
  • Personal leadership on strategic initiatives with recommended external stakeholders and representation of Pentracor at key events
  • Be responsible for the sales development in Germany
  • Ensure that all transactions are conducted in accordance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Anticipate market trends, opportunities, and challenges to enable an appropriate uptake and share of the product portfolio.

  • Promoting a common vision and ownership of values and culture in Germany
  • Demonstrate, promote and strengthen The Pentracor culture in the region to enable, support and advance strong performance with a focus on excellence and continuous improvement
  • Setting the tone for the German sales team: leading by example, showing our values
  • Building the German sales team and developing the skills of the team members
  • Be a highly visible, dedicated leader and player coach for the German sales team
  • Ensure that the sales team is aligned and supported to achieve the agreed goals and that the team functions as a coherent entity
  • Ensure that the sales team works together across functions and uses the entire organizational matrix to support the goals of the German business.

Required knowledge, skills and skills

  • Preferably a university education in the extended life sciences field
  • Significant track record of sales management and line management within the life science industry for at least 10 years
  • Can prove that he successfully builds, inspires and develops sales teams
  • Has the personal ability to systematically assess the ability of a team and individuals
  • He has inspiring stories about expanding the expertise of sales teams at group and individual level.
  • Has extensive knowledge of sales management and has proven to have successfully implemented sales methods with sales people and teams.
  • Can demonstrate their ability to work together across functions through real examples using the broader organizational matrix to best meet the needs of patients and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience in the implementation of brand strategies, customer strategies and tactical programs in specific areas of medicine
  • Knowledge of heart attack and related diseases as well as the successful implementation of customer strategy and sales management in cardiology preferably in Germany
  • Fluent German and English skills are required.

The Sales Manager Germany will work in a growing dynamic team to realize the potential of PentraSorb® in cardiology on the German market. He will train and support cardiologists and nurses in the implementation of a new treatment concept in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.

  • Has extensive knowledge of sales management and has been proven to have successfully applied a world-class sales methodology.
  • Can demonstrate their ability to collaborate across functions through real examples using the broader organizational matrix to best meet the needs of our customers
  • Proven track record in generating sales in specialized areas of medicine
  • Knowledge of heart attack and related diseases and proven sales success esminology or cardiology preferably in Germany
  • Fluent German and very good knowledge of English is required.

Your qualification

They are:
